Join to apply for the Operations Support Supervisor role at MAN COMMERCIAL PROTECTION LIMITED

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking an experienced Officer eager to advance their career. The successful candidate will support our Regional Director across multiple sites.

The shift pattern involves 60 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and a duty management rotation.

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

The ideal candidate should be fully flexible regarding shifts and travel.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable support to the Regional Director at various sites.
• Lead/support existing staff confidently.
• Be a team player.
• Write reports, assignment instructions, and site processes.
• Train other security personnel effectively.
• Communicate well with Management, Control Room, and clients.

The Ideal Candidate MUST have:

• A valid SIA Licence.
• A full, clean UK Driving Licence.
• Full checkable 5-year work history.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility regarding travel and shifts.
• Well-presented, reliable, security-conscious, with good interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of English and strong communication skills.
