Wonderfield Group is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to drive day-to-day operations for the Northern region from our Head Office. You will work closely with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams to maintain high standards and deliver key priorities for the business.

You will analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities, coordinate regional projects and roll out improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service, or multi-site environments.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with analysing performance data.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across regions.

Provide day-to-day operational support across the Northern region, working closely with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams.

Support the delivery of operational standards, processes and business initiatives, ensuring agreed requirements are understood and implemented consistently.

Analyse operational and commercial performance data, identifying trends, opportunities and areas requiring further support or action.

Assist with the coordination and implementation of regional projects, new initiatives and operational improvements.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive operations professional who can provide effective support across our northen estate. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational standards are maintained and business priorities are delivered.

You will have experience within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service or multi-site environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes and customer service. You will be comfortable analysing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and supporting teams to implement practical solutions.

You will be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and internal stakeholders. You will also be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and providing hands‑on support when required. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South are essential.
