As a Stock Reconciliation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of Bulk and MISC Stock. Working collaboratively with our Operations teams and colleagues, you’ll investigate discrepancies, support the resolution of stock issues and ensure daily and monthly processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Complete daily administrative and processing activities accurately, professionally and within agreed timescales.
Manage the accurate and timely confirmation process for Bulk and MISC Stock.
Work collaboratively with Operations teams and colleagues to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and minimise stock issues.
Enter and reconcile stock data, including Dips, Gantry readings and Loads.
Complete required load adjustments and liaise with Operations teams where necessary.
Enter Gantry readings into the relevant depot spreadsheets and escape discrepancies through the appropriate process.
Check Bridging Loads for volume and price accuracy.
Check Yard Sales and ensure they have been processed correctly.
Monitor Depot Tolerances, investigating and correcting issues and initiating the Stock Barrier process where required.
Complete adjustments resulting from the Stock Barrier process.
Pre-list deliveries and run the Cost Calculate Intake Prices stage.
Seek the required approval from the designated Sales colleague and complete self-checking of the Cost Calculate element.
Re-run Pre-List and Cost Calculate processes following approvals or revisions.
Finalise depot processing, including entering the Ledger Summary and processing tickets to create customer invoices.
Ensure all relevant paperwork and data is filed accurately and appropriately for each depot and day.
Maintain organised and accurate electronic and physical file storage areas.
Handle internal customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, working towards an effective resolution.
Support departmental and personal KPI targets.
Work flexibly to support colleagues and provide absence cover where required.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and relevant site rules when visiting other locations.
Maintain a strong focus on personal and workplace health and safety.
