We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations Support team. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced operational environment.
Led by vets, VetPartners already forms a significant share of the UK veterinary market across equine, farm and small animal practices, alongside a growing family of veterinary businesses.
Our mission is to deliver outstanding care for our patients and clients while remaining the veterinary group of choice. We encourage an independent spirit, whilst investing in our people, facilities and technology to support excellence across everything we do.
You will coordinate a range of operational activities, respond to enquiries, maintain operational records and support key business initiatives. Working alongside Central Support departments, you will help practices receive accurate information, practical guidance and effective support.
Your initial focus will be essential business services, including insurance, utilities, mobile phones, travel and waste management. You will help ensure these services are delivered efficiently and consistently, so practices can focus on delivering outstanding care to patients and clients.
You are organised, proactive and collaborative, with a genuine passion for supporting veterinary practices and helping colleagues succeed. You build relationships across teams and with suppliers, communicate clearly and enjoy finding practical solutions to operational challenges.
You adapt well to changing business needs.
