The Role

As we continue in a period of growth, we are looking for a business support analyst to join our team. You will contribute to the rapid growth of our business by providing operational support across internal functions, including sales, client delivery and HR. You will play an important role by supporting our people to do what we do even better, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to start their career within a consulting environment.

What will be expected of me as a Operations Support Analyst?

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the head of sales with operational activities.
  • Recording actions and minutes from the weekly sales meeting.
  • Preparing weekly reporting for the senior leadership team.
  • Managing the CRM system including engaging with external suppliers to manage licenses and resolve issues.

Operations

  • Owning, maintaining, and presenting systems induction content for new employees.
  • Managing equipment requirement processes for new starters and employees including ordering of equipment, testing new starter access, and managing equipment returns - liaising with IT support as and when required.
  • Maintaining equipment registers and employee equipment receipt forms.
  • Managing our mobile phone contract inc. ordering mobiles for new starters, managing mobile phone returns, and being the first point of contact for general mobile enquiries.
  • Maintaining employee access to systems and applications and applying the appropriate level of access according to role/grade.
  • Creating and updating email distribution groups within Outlook - liaising with IT support as and when required.
  • Ensuring relevant approval is obtained for all financial spend relating to employee equipment, including laptops and mobile phones.
  • Completion of relevant employee security checks including BPSS and DBS checks, and associated processes as directed by HR.

Supporting Client Delivery

  • Supporting the development and smooth running of Channel 3’s client delivery standards processes.
  • Supporting the head of delivery with operational activities e.g., scheduling of project meetings.
  • Undertaking quality assurance through the collation of data, auditing, and compliance checks.
  • Proactively analysing data, interpreting results, identifying themes and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Supporting end to end bid management processes ensuring actions are tracked and progress is monitored.
  • Support in ensuring that core knowledge is captured, synthesised, categorised, and stored for retrieval and re-use.
  • Supporting both the resourcing and client delivery teams with the development of a skills matrix.

Supporting the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Supporting the Operations Manager and CFO who currently act as ISMS Manager and CISO, respectively, with the management and monitoring of Channel 3 the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Specifically but not limited to helping to ensure the controls of the system are maintained in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
