We are working with an innovative, growing technology company in Oxfordshire that is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of its day to day operations, supply chain and procurement activities.
This is a broad and influential role. You will be joining a business that designs and develops physical technology products, working closely with engineering, R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams to make sure products can be delivered efficiently, reliably and at scale.
You will have responsibility across operations, supply chain and procurement, including:

Experience working alongside R&D or engineering teams on NPI would be particularly useful, as would experience within electronics or component supply chains.
Qualifications such as CIPS, APICS or CPIM would be beneficial, but practical experience and a strong track record are more important.
This is not a position where you will simply inherit a mature operation and keep it ticking over.
You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how the business operates as it grows, improving processes, strengthening the supply chain, developing supplier relationships and working closely with technical teams to bring new products into production.
