As an Operations Supervisor, your role includes:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Receive and process merchandise shipments.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Support in-store deliveries.

• Cash Handling and Loss Prevention:
• Oversee cash management processes and supervise cashiers.
• Collaborate with loss prevention teams to minimize theft and fraud.
• Conduct cash audits and reconciliations.

• Store Operations:
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety protocols.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.

• Staff Supervision and Training:
• Guide and support operational staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Foster a positive work environment.

• Customer Service:
• Promote a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Implement customer service initiatives.
