What you'll be doing

• Supervising subcontract workforce on site
• Delivering effective task and safety briefings
• Implementing risk assessments and method statements as required
• Providing excellent customer service, upholding company values and expected behaviors
• Maintaining good relationships with site personnel

Who we're looking for

Essential qualities/experience:

• CSCS Supervisor / Manager's card
• SSSTS / SMSTS certification
• Knowledge of the construction / modular industry
• At least 3 years' site experience, ideally with modular buildings

Desirable qualities/experience:

• Full CPCS Lift Supervisor / Appointed Person Qualification (Blue Card)
• Slinger signaller qualification
• Strong experience with modular / temporary buildings
