Job summary

A leading telecommunications installer in the UK seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee fibre installation teams. The role involves managing daily operations, conducting compliance audits, and ensuring that team workloads meet delivery targets. You will liaise with clients to ensure project goals are met and foster a culture focused on safety and quality. Candidates should have relevant skills and certifications in fibre installation, and be adept at team management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fibre installation processes and techniques.
• Experience in managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• K008 certification required.
• SA001 / SA015C certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support fibre installation teams daily.
• Conduct compliance and health & safety audits.
• Manage workloads to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Handle reporting and documentation tasks effectively.
• Engage with clients to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
