Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Electrical) in Dudley to lead commercial electrical installation projects. You will manage planning, scheduling and client liaison to ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety standards.

Overview

Operations Supervisor (Electrical) – £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Autonomy + Pension + Holiday + Benefits. Dudley (commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Halesowen, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Cannock).

Fantastic opportunity for an electrical professional with experience delivering electrical installation projects to join a newly established division within a growing business. You will play a key role in its success with genuine autonomy and progression opportunities as the division expands.

This well-established contractor specializes in the installation of electrical systems across the UK, working with blue-chip clients. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are recruiting a Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination and successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

The Role

• Managing commercial electrical installation projects from planning through to completion.
• Creating project programmes, labour plans and project schedules.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinating project logistics and resource allocation.
• Working alongside the Quality Supervisor to ensure compliance and project documentation is completed.

The Person

• Project Supervisor, Project Manager or similar within the electrical industry.
• Experience delivering commercial electrical installation projects.
• Electrical background (qualifications advantageous).
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
