Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Operations Supervisor (Electrical) in Dudley to lead commercial electrical installation projects. You will manage planning, scheduling and client liaison to ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety standards.

Benefiting from a strong pipeline and autonomy, you will contribute to a newly established division and have opportunities for progression as the division expands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial electrical installation projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, engineers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial electrical installation projects from planning through to completion.
• Creating project programmes, labour plans and project schedules.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinating project logistics and resource allocation.
• Working alongside the Quality Supervisor to ensure compliance and project documentation is completed.
