Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical) in Lincoln with site travel. The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £35,000-£45,000 DOE, and a company vehicle plus bonus.

Full training will be provided to develop into a project supervisor/manager, coordinating installation through to completion and liaising with subcontractors and site teams.

• Strong hands-on approach with willingness to work on site.
• Good problem-solving and project management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Project Supervisor (Electrical / Mechanical )

An exciting opportunity for an individual with an Electrical or Mechanical background to receive full training and develop into a Project Supervisor with a specialist contractor.

Are you from an Electrical or Mechanical background? Are you looking to step away from the tools and move into a project-based role? Would you like to join a growing business offering long-term progression?

The business specialises in the design and installation of specialist equipment. With around 40 years of experience and projects valued up to £2million, they have established a strong reputation across the UK. The business is rapidly expanding a brand-new division, with plans to grow turnover to £8m-£10m.

You'll coordinate projects from installation through to completion, working with subcontractors, electricians and site teams while reviewing drawings and supporting commissioning. Full training on the specialist equipment will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background and be looking to progress into project supervision or management.
