About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations, including planning and execution of works. The main purpose of this role is to drive performance, productivity, and ensure health and safety compliance.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience within drainage operations (preferred).
• Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Can deliver a ‘customer first’ experience.
• Are team players with the ability to work independently.
• Lead by example, focusing on evolving the company's opportunities.
• Are flexible to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
• Can build strong and effective relationships.

Working Hours & Location

• Location: Bradford BD5 & Yorkshire area
• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Hours: 47.50 hours per week, 07:00-16:30, Monday to Friday
• Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
