We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond!

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Yorkshire. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and operational solutions, working closely with our client to meet AMP8 objectives.

About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee daily operations, including planning and execution of works. The main focus is to drive performance, productivity, and health and safety compliance.

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have previous drainage operations experience (preferred).
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can deliver a customer-first experience.
• Are team players, capable of working independently.
• Lead by example, focusing on company opportunities.

Working Hours & Location

• Location: Bradford BD5 & Yorkshire area
• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Hours: 47.50 hours/week, 07:00-16:30, Monday to Friday
• Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
