Une entreprise spécialisée dans la gestion d'actifs recherche un consultant intérimaire pour analyser l'impact d'une fusion sur la documentation de compte. Le rôle nécessite une expérience solide en documentation de marché et fiscale, ainsi qu'une compréhension des opérations au sein d'une société de gestion d'actifs. Le poste est hybride, avec 2 jours sur site à Londres.

Qualifications

  • Expérience avec la documentation de marché et la documentation fiscale est essentielle.
  • Expérience significative dans la gestion des opérations en environnement de gestion d'actifs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyser l'impact de la fusion sur la documentation au niveau de Custody et Transfer Agent.
  • Préparer un plan d'action basé sur l'analyse pour repaper les documents pertinents.
  • Exécuter le plan pour repaper la documentation requise d'ici fin 2025.

Job Description:

Methods is looking for an interim consultant for one of our clients, specialised in asset management

Location: hybrid 2days/w onsite in central London

Duration: 5.5 months

The main responsibilities of the consultant will be:

  • To analyse the impact of the merger on the set up of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level
  • Prepare an action plan based on the outcome of the analysis to repaper the relevant documents (eg tax documentation, account opening form, )
  • Execute the plan in order to have the required documentation fully repapered by end of 2025

Experience:

  • Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential
  • Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, and in particular Custody and Transfer Agent services.
  • Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
  • Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company, (specifically TA services and Custodial Services).
  • Ability to use standard IT tools.
  • Ability to collaborate/communicate at all levels.
  • Project Management and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
