Job summary

Une entreprise spécialisée en gestion d'actifs recherche un consultant interim pour analyser l'impact d'une fusion sur la configuration des comptes. Le consultant sera chargé de préparer un plan d'action et d'exécuter les tâches nécessaires pour rénover la documentation. Ce contrat de 5.5 mois sollicite une expérience significative dans la documentation de marché et les services de Custodie.

Qualifications

• Expérience essentielle en documentation de marché et documentation fiscale.
• Expérience significative avec les fournisseurs de services externalisés.
• Compréhension des services d'opérations d'une entreprise de gestion d'actifs.

Responsibilities

• Analyser l'impact de la fusion sur la configuration des comptes.
• Préparer un plan d’action pour repapier les documents requis.
• Exécuter le plan pour assurer que la documentation est complétée d'ici fin 2025.

Job Description:

Methods is looking for an interim consultant for one of our clients, specialised in asset management

Location: hybrid 2days/w onsite in central London

Duration: 5.5 months

The main responsibilities of the consultant will be:

• To analyse the impact of the merger on the set up of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level
• Prepare an action plan based on the outcome of the analysis to repaper the relevant documents (eg tax documentation, account opening form, )
• Execute the plan in order to have the required documentation fully repapered by end of 2025

Experience:

• Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential
• Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, and in particular Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
• Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company, (specifically TA services and Custodial Services).
• Ability to use standard IT tools.
• Ability to collaborate/communicate at all levels.
• Project Management and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
