Job summary

Deliverance AI is seeking a junior to mid-level IT Operations professional for our London-based hybrid team. You will keep our people productive across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Macs, and daily tools, while handling compliance evidence and finance admin tasks.

You will contribute to ISO certifications, support audits, and help manage SaaS subscriptions. Growth opportunities exist as you gain experience across IT operations and finance support.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in IT support, IT operations or systems administration.
• Confident with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Comfortable setting up and supporting Macs, with some experience in MDM.

Responsibilities

About the role

Most of this role is IT operations: keeping our people set up, secure and productive across Microsoft 365, our Macs and the tools we use every day. The rest is where it gets interesting. You will help maintain the evidence behind our ISO certifications and pick up finance admin, so you get a real view of how a company runs rather than sitting in a helpdesk queue.

This is a junior to mid-level role on our Operations team, London · Hybrid, reporting to the Business Operations Manager. There is plenty of room to grow.

What you'll do

IT operations, the core of the role

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: accounts, licences, MFA, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and Teams.
• Run device management: set up new Macs, manage enrolment and app rollout through Rippling MDM and Apple Business Manager, and keep the asset register current.
• Own the joiner and leaver process across our tools, including Slack, 1Password, GitHub, Claude and Rippling, so access is right on day one and removed on the last day.
• Be first-line IT support for the company, and know when to elevate to a vendor or to engineering.
• Work with our network vendor on office Wi-Fi and connectivity.
• Write and maintain clear self-serve guides so people can solve common problems themselves.

Compliance support

• Help collect and maintain evidence for ISO 27001, and for ISO 42001 and ISO 9001 as we certify, in our internal platform Base.
• Support access reviews, asset records, training records and policy updates.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits.

Finance admin support

• Log and chase supplier invoices and expenses.
• Track SaaS subscriptions, seats and renewals so we are not paying for what we do not use.

Additional bits

• Aid the Business Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as they come up.
• Use AI tools (we use Claude heavily) to automate the boring parts of the job.

What we're looking for

• One to four years in IT support, IT operations or systems administration, ideally in a small or growing company.
• Confident with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Comfortable setting up and supporting Macs, and some experience with MDM.
• Some exposure to compliance (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, SOC 2) or to finance admin. You do not need both, but you should want to learn.
• Organised and thorough. You keep records current and document what you do.
• Calm and clear when helping people who are stuck, and happy to chase when something is outstanding.
• Curious about AI tools and keen to use them in your work.
