Job summary

Avalon Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established supported housing provider for an experienced Operations & Property Manager. The role covers day-to-day property operations across a diverse portfolio, leading a small team and ensuring timely maintenance and compliance.

You will manage contractors, monitor KPIs, and drive high property standards while delivering best value. Experience in supported housing and housing associations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housing, supported housing or residential property operations.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
• A commercial approach with the confidence to challenge poor performance and negotiate best value.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within supported housing, housing associations or registered providers would be advantageous.
