Job summary

native is seeking an Operations & Projects Associate in London on a hybrid basis. You will work across sales, operations, delivery, tech, and finance to keep cross-functional projects moving, capture decisions, and ensure timely delivery.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants visibility into how a scaling business operates, with opportunities to own smaller projects and help leadership report progress.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years' experience in a project coordination, project support, operations or similar role (internships and relevant uni or volunteering experience count)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear, concise writing: you can turn a messy meeting into five lines someone will actually read
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Confident using AI tools and collaboration and project tools; quick to identify and learn new ones
• Discretion: you'll regularly handle confidential leadership information
• Genuine curiosity about how businesses work, and the energy to learn quicklyA proactive, problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Keep a portfolio of cross-functional projects on track: set milestones, track progress against them, and raise it early when something slips
• Turn conversations into action: capture decisions and actions from leadership and project meetings, then follow up with owners until things are done
• Build strong working relationships with team leads across the business, and get the input, data and decisions each project needs
• Help produce weekly and monthly leadership reporting, pulling data from our CRM and spreadsheets and turning it into a short, clear story
• Learn how each part of Native works and spot where things connect, or break, between teams
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes and short papers that help leaders make decisions
• Over time, take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish
