We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our site-based installation projects across the UK. You will oversee our multi-disciplined engineering execution teams and subcontractors across a wide portfolio of HVAC engineered solutions.

What you will do:
You will lead all aspects of the execution phase of a project, from initial sales handover to final completion. Your role will be to manage the supply, logistics, and installation of Johnson Controls / YORK HVAC products and externally supplied items on time and within budget for key commercial clients across various industries such as real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing.

How you will do it:
As the Operations Project Manager, you will take complete ownership of the profitable execution of projects, managing financials, legal requirements, technology, and people. You will handle main contractor duties, including the selection, ordering, warehousing, and logistics of materials.

You will ensure safe project handovers, oversee health and safety reporting, attend project meetings, analyze progress, audit engineer’s contracts, and ensure compliance. Building strong relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors will be crucial, promoting a culture aligned with Johnson Controls' standards and laws. You will set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and develop plans with all stakeholders.

What we look for:
- Proven track record managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, including budgets, resource planning, procurement & logistics, and health & safety.
- Solid understanding of HVAC/Refrigeration systems in industrial and commercial environments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, P&ID diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience as a principal contractor.
- Experience in safety audits and inspections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Qualifications in health and safety management such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), AutoCAD, BIM, Revit.
- Knowledge of contract law, Pressure Systems Safety Laws (PSSR), and BS EN378.
- 5-7 years of HVAC project management experience.
