Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bath. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and overseeing complex operational projects that drive efficiency and enhance our organisation's performance. You will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management software and methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, resources, and potential risks, and conduct regular project status meetings to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in operations
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)

The successful candidate will:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
• Utilise strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Have experience in risk management, budget management, and resource allocation
