About the Role

KJ Talent & Partners is hiring an Operations Product Development Manager for their London-based global team. The role involves reducing development lead times, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost, quality, and service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on new product briefs, focusing on design-to-cost, profitability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Work with cross-functional partners throughout the NPD launch cycle.
• Manage product launches and project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor feasibility costs, COGS, and gross margin analysis in coordination with finance.
• Identify and manage risks related to timing, quality, and costs of NPD projects.
• Improve launch processes, tools, and procedures.
• Maintain the Stage Gate process.

About You

• Over 4 years of project management experience with global product launches involving cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing products and packaging in the beauty industry, especially in luxury perfume, skincare, or makeup.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Creative, innovative, and analytical with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in French is a plus.
