Corgi Insurance Inc. in London is hiring a Project Manager for the Operations Team to own delivery across the systems and workflows used by our ops and engineering squads.

You will spearhead backlog prioritization, drive execution with engineers and underwriting, and ensure shipped outcomes while maintaining high quality.

This on-site, full-time role offers hands-on exposure to AI-enabled workflows and rapid process improvements in a growing fintech/insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project/program management or ops-heavy product delivery.
• Comfortable working with engineers and technical systems (APIs, schemas, deployments).
• Experience with AI tooling is highly valued.
• Experience in fintech/insurance or workflow automation is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own the Operations Team delivery cadence from day one.
• Turn ops pain into clear specs, priorities, and shipped outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional work between engineering, underwriting, claims, and policy admin.
• Track progress, unblock issues, and maintain high quality.
• Leverage AI tooling to move faster than our team size would suggest.
