Glade Academy, part of Eastern Multi-Academy Trust (EMAT), is seeking an Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of the academy.
This role focuses on efficient processes, effective coordination of staff, students and visitors, and delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy school environment.
Hours are 37 per week (term time plus 4 weeks) with a permanent contract; you will be asked to produce reports from systems and uphold safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
