Eastern Multi-academy Trust (EMAT) is seeking an organised Operations Officer to support the day-to-day running of Glade Academy. You will help coordinate administrative tasks, generate reports, and contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing in a busy school setting.

The role offers opportunities to work within a collaborative team, drive process improvements, and provide high-quality support to staff, students, and visitors while promoting EMAT's values of inclusion and excellence.

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
  • Business Admin qualification or recent high-level office experience.
  • Experience in a busy general office environment.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience coordinating/managing wider functions.
  • Understanding of education preferably primary.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure at key times.
  • Ability to produce reports from systems.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day school operations and processes.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks across functions.
  • Prepare reports from school systems for staff and leadership.
  • Assist with safeguarding and welfare initiatives as required.

About You
  • Level 2 ( GCSE A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
