Job Description:

We are working with one of our key clients, an established Long/Short Equity Fund, who are looking to hire for a newly created operations position. The firm manages around $1bn and has a 5+ year track record of strong performance.

The role involves joining a lean team of 3 responsible for all post-trade operations. There may also be opportunities to involve in Investor Relations and Marketing.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in an operations role, though this is flexible for strong candidates. A degree from a top university with a 2:1 or higher in a relevant field is essential. Basic coding skills are a plus.

The firm is fully office-based. The salary will depend on experience, likely in the £50-65k range, plus strong bonus potential.
