Full Job Description

We are working with one of our key clients, an established L/S Equity Fund, who are looking to hire for a newly created operations position. The firm manages around $1bn and has a 5+ year track record of strong performance.

The role involves joining a lean team of 3, responsible for all post-trade operations. There may also be opportunities to be involved in other areas such as Investor Relations and Marketing.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in an operations-focused role, though this is flexible for strong applicants. A degree from a top university with a 2:1 or higher in a relevant field is essential. Basic coding skills are a plus.

The firm is fully office-based. The salary range is likely between £50-65k, depending on experience, plus strong bonus potential.
