The role holder will work within the Student Recruitment and Support Ireland (SRSI) team and will manage the delivery of student facing operations to help students and prospective students make study choices leading to successful module completion, study progression, qualification completion, and customer satisfaction.

Working Location:It is anticipated that a hybrid working pattern can be adopted for this role, where the successful candidate can work from home and the office. However, as this role is contractually aligned to our Belfast Office, it is expected that some attendance in the office will be required when necessary and in response to business needs, occasionally at short notice. We’d expect this to be two days per week. Expenses associated with travel to our Belfast site are not reimbursable.
