Second Nature is seeking an Operations Team Manager for its Specialist Weight Management Service. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of remote healthcare practitioners, embed scalable processes, and drive data-informed decisions to improve member outcomes.

The role blends leadership with hands-on operational design, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration with NHS partnerships, product, and quality teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ideally NHS or digitally enabled
• Proven people management with coaching and development
• Strong operational and analytical skills with data-driven improvement
• Experience building/managing data dashboards and KPI reporting
• Service mobilisation and implementation experience
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Mansioni

• Lead and support the SWMS practitioner team to deliver high-quality health coaching
• Streamline workflows, reduce friction, and use data to improve efficiency
• Build and maintain dashboards for visibility of KPIs
• Mobilise new specialist weight management services and transition to BAU
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide coaching to develop team skills and impact
