Job summary

Second Nature is seeking a Health Coach Manager to design and embed scalable coaching systems. You will lead a remote-first team of health coaches and drive continuous improvement across operations and quality.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, NHS and Partnerships to align on innovations that improve member outcomes. This role emphasizes health and wellbeing passion, strong leadership, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience (3+ years) with track record of developing teams.
• Strong operational background with data-led improvements.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills to inspire and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support health coaching team (nutritionists and dietitians) remotely, building a culture of trust and improvement.
• Simplify complex workflows and use data to improve efficiency.
• Monitor team performance using internal tools to optimise outcomes.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members for growth.
• Collaborate with Health Coach Managers, Operations, Quality, Product, NHS and Partnerships to drive innovation.
