Job summary

Second Nature seeks an accomplished Team Manager to lead the Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) in a health-tech start-up environment. You will design systems to scale the service, manage a remote healthcare practitioner team, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care that improves member outcomes.

You will leverage data to improve workflows, build dashboards, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Quality, Engineering, and NHS partnerships teams to transition new services to BAU.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams at scale.
• Proven ability to improve operations using data and dashboards.
• Experience implementing new healthcare services or processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary SWMS practitioner team (dietitians, nutritionists, wellbeing practitioners).
• Simplify workflows, reduce friction, and use data to drive efficiency.
• Build and maintain data dashboards and KPIs; automate reporting.
• Drive service mobilisation with cross-functional partners to scale services.
• Monitor performance and quality; provide coaching and development.
