Salary: £66,735 to £72,141pa, depending on skills and experience, Plus lease car subsidy or cash alternative of £3,050 pa

We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of our in-house repair service ensuring an excellent standard of repair services for our tenants.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of responsive repairs-ensuring that tenant requests are handled efficiently, works are completed to the highest standard, and budgets are effectively managed. Leading a dedicated technical workforce, you'll be at the forefront of service transformation, working with the repairs team, stakeholders and contractors.
