About the Role

Are you an operations manager with experience in domestic utility works, seeking job security and an opportunity to join the renewable energy market? Do you want to work for a fast-growing organization with a secure project pipeline, collaborating with leading construction and housing associations?

Our client is a leading energy efficiency specialist providing energy-saving solutions to domestic properties. With recent contract wins and strong government backing, they are experiencing significant growth and are expanding their team. In this role, you will oversee domestic energy installation and maintenance projects across various clients.

Responsibilities

1. Managing operations related to domestic renewable energy installations and maintenance.
2. Directly overseeing project managers, engineers, and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
3. Ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.
4. Facilitating smooth project delivery through effective communication with housing associations, construction contractors, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Technical background, ideally in domestic electrics.
• Strong management experience with the ability to lead staff effectively.
