Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager, who will hold the Registered Manager title, to inspire and lead our Care team, ensuring high-quality outcomes for young people while fostering a supportive and safe environment. You will manage 12 Ofsted-registered Children's Homes (with multiple house management on one site). You will work closely with the Executive team and the Director of Care to ensure the successful implementation of Ofsted requirements, regulatory compliance, and best practices.

You will oversee the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring staff coverage, casework, risk management, and safeguarding policies are consistently adhered to. Your leadership will help drive our strategic goals, ensuring young people receive the care, support, and educational opportunities they need to thrive.
