About the role

The Housing Options Service seeks an Operations Manager responsible for developing, procuring, and managing the temporary accommodation portfolio in line with best practices. You will ensure adequate accommodation supply for homelessness prevention and relief, compliant with statutory requirements, and establish clear measures for allocation management.

You will foster partnership working to enhance service delivery and continuously improve services for customers and partners. Additionally, you will contribute strategic ideas to enhance service quality.

The ideal candidate is confident, experienced, adaptable, proactive, and capable of developing and delivering housing management services.
