Job Description
The Operations Manager leads, directs, and controls the day-to-day activities of the Stockport site, encompassing production, warehouse, and supply chain operations. The primary goal is to achieve financial and operational objectives, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The Operations Manager reports to the UK General Manager and is responsible for managing production, warehouse, and facilities teams. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing and Purchasing is essential. The role also oversees Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety.
