Job summary

WSR is recruiting an Operations Manager for a client based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent, full-time role leading day-to-day operations across production planning, procurement, supply chain, logistics and quality.

• Experience leading day-to-day operations in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, procurement, logistics and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning and service delivery.
• Review and improve operational processes, workflows and systems.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets and service levels.
• Manage procurement, supplier performance, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Maintain accurate stock levels aligned with customer demand and production requirements.
• Improve forecasting, replenishment and inventory-control processes.
• Control operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and margins.
• Lead, motivate and develop the operations team.
