Job summary

Pret A Manger is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Westminster London region. You will drive succession, recruit and onboard staff, and coach managers to deliver Pret’s famed customer service and product quality.

The role emphasizes staff wellbeing, change leadership and maintaining strong P&L performance, across a 42-hour week. You’ll work in a busy office/shop environment with growth opportunities, a competitive benefits package, and the chance to lead teams shaping Pret’s future

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Track record of managing performance, forecasting and profitability.
