Pret A Manger in London is hiring a Front of House Leader to champion high standards and energise in-shop teams. You’ll coach baristas and shifts, ensure speedy service and warm hospitality, and support store performance with a hands-on leadership style.

As a team-first role, you’ll drive customer delight, maintain quality food and coffee, manage busy periods with calm, and embody Pret values as you help your shop thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities
