Are you ready to take the reins in a pivotal role that drives operational excellence across the EMENA region for a global organisation headquartered in Inchinnan, Glasgow?

Reporting directly to the General Manager, EMENA, you will lead and optimise all operational activities, from designing and implementing streamlined processes to ensuring seamless order-to-shipping procedures. Your expertise will be essential in maximising efficiency, upholding quality standards, and maintaining strict compliance with internal policies.

Collaboration is key in this role—you'll work closely with both local and global teams to ensure operations run efficiently, effectively, and cost-consciously across the region. This is your chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.

Your Duties Will Include

• Managing office sales services by overseeing operations procedures for ordering process, pick and pack, logistics and invoicing
• Managing operational efficiency by planning and implementing procedures for ordering process, cargo preparation and logistics, aiming a smooth order to shipping process
• Overseeing and supporting all administrative sales and service processes regarding invoices, overseeing direct contact with customer regarding those processes, working alongside other internal teams
• Ensuring that all sales processes are invoiced timely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Being responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities such as shipping and receiving
• Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Reporting on operational efficiency and quality standards
