Clubrugby in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead a busy leisure facility and deliver an excellent member experience every day.

You will act as Duty Manager, drive health & safety compliance, and work with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where staff can thrive. Join us to develop careers through internal training and contribute to a thriving community.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading multiple functions or departments with varied challenges.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead a team to deliver operations seven days a week.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance regulations are adhered to to maximise member experience.
• Create an inclusive culture and foster belonging for team members.
