Job description

The Role

This is an excellent Operations Manager role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Operations Manager will be P402 certified and will be tasked with ensuring smooth operational and commercial performance within the asbestos team, responsible for the South-East of England.

The successful Operations Manager may currently be a senior surveyor or senior analyst with proven leadership, mentorship, or management experience, looking to leverage those skills and step up into operations.

The Company

The Operations Manager will join an established and thriving environmental sciences & asbestos consultancy. The role offers a supportive team environment that rewards hard work and innovative thinking. It is a hybrid working role, suitable for candidates across London, with the requirement to visit the Bromley office once per week. Outside of this, you will have the opportunity to work from home unless attending site visits with surveyors.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications and experience:

• A P402 certification is essential; additional certifications such as P401, P403, P404, P405, S301, W505, or CoCA would be highly advantageous.
• Commercial experience within a similar Operations role is desirable. However, candidates with experience as a senior surveyor or analyst are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience leading a team with managerial responsibilities is required.
