We are recruiting for an Operations Manager / Area Manager to join one of the world's largest, most profitable and brand leading restaurants based in the North London, Essex and surrounding London areas!

This incredible Global brand are looking for a dynamic, inspirational and driven Operations Manager / Area Manager to drive the North London and surrounding area team!

The Operations Manager / Area Manager will work within the UK and Ireland Operations team and have responsibility for between 8 and 10 restaurants and lead a team of up to 200. The focus of the Project Manager role is to provide high impact, leaderships, new ideas and coaching in order to support their team to achieve overall performance across three key metrics People, Customer & Business.

This role will require commercial acumen and the ability to think beyond the core operational elements in order to effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.
