Job Title: Operations Manager (Adults & CYP)

Reports to: Head of Service Delivery Operations (Adults & CYP)

Direct Reports: 5 Shift Managers

Location: This is a remote role (UK based only)

Are you a forward-thinking leader with a passion for making a difference in emotional and mental health services? We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational manager to join our management team.

Join our Service Delivery Management Team as an Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and resourcing across our digital platforms. This includes leading a team of Shift Managers responsible for service delivery, workflow management, and resourcing across both Adult and CYP emotional health and wellbeing services.

Role Objective

Responsible for managing operations and day to day resourcing across the platforms - Kooth, Soluna, Qwell & IDP and management of a team of Shift Managers overseeing platform workflows, delivery of services and resourcing on Kooth and Qwell & IDP

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations across our service delivery platforms for adults and CYP
  • Oversee and support a team of Shift Managers to maintain optimal workflows, resourcing, and service delivery
  • Drive high performance across teams, embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Lead through change, supporting scale-up and transformation with resilience and clarity
