Ready to make a real difference to a manufacturing operation?
If you're an experienced Operations Manager who enjoys walking into a business, understanding what's holding performance back and then making things better, this could be a really interesting interim opportunity.
You’ll be joining the Warwickshire manufacturing operation of a globally recognised engineering brand at an important point in its development. The focus is simple: improve operational performance, engage the workforce and drive a step-change across safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk reviewing reports. You'll be expected to be visible on the shop floor, work closely with the operational teams and turn improvement plans into measurable results.
You’ll take a hands‑on leadership role across the manufacturing operation, with responsibility for:
You’ll be an experienced manufacturing operations leader who is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
You’ll ideally have experience of:
Most importantly, you’ll be hands‑on, commercially aware and comfortable leading from the front.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a genuine operational improvement challenge within an established manufacturing business.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, influence the way the site operates and leave behind sustainable improvements rather than simply keeping the operation ticking over.
