Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing operational performance, enhancing client relationships and driving programme success across multiple projects.

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of operational planning, resource management, programme delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of projects focused on:

  • Building Safety Act compliance projects
  • Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
  • Cladding remediation schemes

  • Building safety upgrades
  • Refurbishment and remediation works

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly and profitably whilst maintaining exceptional client service standards.

  • Act as the primary operational interface with clients.
  • Attend contract review, performance review and governance meetings.
  • Lead contract management activities under NEC4 contracts.
  • Manage scope changes and contractual variations.
  • Ensure operational compliance with all contractual obligations.
Building Safety & Compliance
  • Support the delivery of projects within the framework of the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Oversee works on Higher-Risk Buildings (7+ storeys).
  • Ensure robust management of building safety compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Team Management
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the operations team.
  • Manage and develop direct reports.
  • Promote strong communication between project teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-focused culture.
Supply Chain Management
  • Manage subcontractor performance and compliance.
