C&M Travel Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Operations Executive for a luxury travel startup. You will own end-to-end travel operations for premium clients and help scale the team while collaborating with founders and engineers.

The role requires hands-on operational delivery, excellent client communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity is offered along with base compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel operations, luxury or concierge sector.
• Excellent written and verbal client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own travel operations end-to-end, from booking confirmation to trip completion.
• Act as the primary, client-facing operational point of contact for premium clients.
• Execute bespoke travel requests, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, and special requests.
• Manage and grow relationships with global hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
• Handle real-time changes, issues, and escalations during travel with calm and decisive problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and engineers to improve internal tools and systems.
• Prepare the foundations for scaling the operations team, including training materials and quality standards.

Senior Operations Executive/Operations Team manager - Required for this luxury high end travel company travel. Its a amazing company, in is infancy, 3 years old, plenty of funding and financial backing.

Homebased, 40k/80k plus equity and benefit's. They are looking for a hands on senior operations person, from a luxury travel, travel concierge or a tech orientated travel name. They need someone who is use to doing the day to day operational tasks, but with the experience to grow a team. This is not a 9 to 5.30pm role, the team work longer hours, but get rewarded for their hard work.
