Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Brain Injury Rehabilitation services across Liverpool, Formby, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Derbyshire. This leadership role involves guiding a dispersed team of Registered Managers, driving high-quality care, and ensuring robust governance and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Registered Manager or higher in adult social care.
• Experience supporting Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record managing service performance and budgets.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Job description

Operations Manager - North East & North West England

Location: North East & North West England (Extensive Travel Required)
Salary: £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Car Allowance: £3,960 per annum

We're currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to oversee a patch of Brain Injury Rehabilitation services across Liverpool, Formby, Leeds, Middlesborough, Newcastle and Derbyshire.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and support to a geographically dispersed portfolio of BIR services across Liverpool, Formby, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Newcastle and Derbyshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, colleague engagement and positive outcomes for the people we support. Leading a team of Registered Managers, you'll empower others to deliver outstanding care while driving continuous improvement across your portfolio.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced leader who can quickly build credibility, support their teams and confidently manage a diverse portfolio.

You will ideally have:

• Significant previous experience as a Registered Manager or above within adult social care.
• Experience supporting services for people with Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
• A strong understanding of regulatory, quality and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing management teams.
• A flexible approach and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
