Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited, a long-established manufacturing business with operations across two sites, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality, health and safety, production processes and continuous improvement.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with some flexibility; some home working may be possible. The role requires hands-on leadership across Redditch sites.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or light engineering experience is essential.
• Experience managing or auditing ISO 9001 is essential.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or ISO 14001 experience would be an advantage.
• HR experience would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 quality system and support audits.
• Monitor production targets, quality and performance.
• Support health and safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with HR administration and IT systems.
• Help improve processes and ensure the smooth running of both sites.
• Carry out key holder duties.

re looking for a reliable and motivated experienced Operations Manager to join a long-established manufacturing business operating across two sites. The successful candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on quality, health and safety, production processes and continuous improvement.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with some flexibility and additional hours required when needed. Some home working may be possible.

Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 pear year depending on experience

Location: Redditch
