The Best Connection is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing activities across two sites in Redditch. You will focus on quality, health and safety, production processes and continuous improvement to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm with some flexibility, and salary ranges from £39,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. Experience with ISO 9001 and effective people leadership across teams is essential, with a

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or light engineering experience is essential.
• Experience auditing ISO 9001 is essential.
• Good IT and organisational skills are needed.
• IOSH, NEBOSH or ISO 14001 experience would be an advantage.
• HR experience would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 quality system and support audits.
• Monitor production targets, quality and performance.
• Support health and safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with HR administration and IT systems.
• Help improve processes and ensure the smooth running of both sites.
• Carry out key holder duties.
